Khan el-Khalili (arab. خان الخليلي) on souk eli markkinapaikka Egyptin pääkaupungissa Kairossa. Alkuperäinen, vuonna 1382 valmistunut rakennus toimi karavaaniseraljina. Alueella tehtiin itsemurhaisku vuonna 2005 ja pommi-isku vuonna 2009.
